Can I complete an oil certificate without phone signal?
Offline Mode supports new certificate work on compatible mobile devices when it has been enabled before the connection is lost. Reconnect afterwards so the saved work can sync. Previous certificates, PDFs, desktop access and other online features still require an internet connection.
Can I send an oil record to the customer?
Yes. Once the record is complete and synced, you can generate and send the finished document from Gas Certificate App.
Can I use the oil certificates on desktop?
Gas Certificate App provides supported tools across mobile, tablet and desktop. Available actions can differ by device, and desktop access requires an internet connection.
Can another engineer complete oil records?
An Additional User can access the features enabled for them by the Main Engineer. Check the current role and permission comparison when setting up team accounts.
How much does Gas Certificate App cost?
Standard pricing is £20 + VAT per user each month or £216 + VAT per user each year. Yearly billing is equivalent to £18 + VAT per month and saves £24 + VAT per user over twelve months.
Do I need to be registered to create certificates?
Gas Certificate App is intended for users aged 18 or over with a valid Gas Safe registration number. You remain responsible for selecting the correct record and completing it accurately for the work undertaken.
